User responsibility: you are solely responsible for safe operation, including cooling, PSU capacity, cable quality, system stability, and applied limits.
No warranty: the software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including hardware damage, data loss, instability, business interruption, or downtime.
Safety duty: you must immediately stop testing or device operation if abnormal temperatures, current/power behavior, faults, crashes, or instability are observed.
